I am soo happy - i love it - i especially love the integration with microsoft exchange - it is saving me so much time. . . thanks for all your help and support setting up our new BES, (especially when i was about to give up) - will be in touch with any questions that come up -

In the 12 plus years I have had the fortune to work with your company you and your team have always been there for me with an answer or a solution. I depend on you and you have never let me down. That included last week where your advice probably saved me hundreds of dollars by alerting me of special "off-sheet" plans my carrier never would. I searched and searched and searched for a way to connect my Mac to the net with a cellular card. I stumbled across Dr. Wireless and thought I'd give them a try. Joel said, "Of course we can set you up." He walked me through the options, ordered and configured my card, and then held my hand through the set up on my computer.
